During this initial phase, we thoroughly explore whatever the startup has thus far. The idea, the planning, the market research, the business model and how much funding is needed. In some cases, funding is all the startup needs. Sometimes they need funding and a few developers. At this stage, we map out the entire process and how we will carry out the plan based on our discussion.
Execution
After the budget, team and roadmap are set out, we start rapidly developing and testing products using the agile methodology. We can provide support in the form of developers, product managers, scrum masters, business analysts and engineers. We fine tune the final product prior to release resulting in a satisfying product for the customer.
